Please go through the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Completely close the FitVault app and open it again.
  2. If still facing the same problem, delete the app and reinstall it.

Open the app again and check all permissions are granted and if you still face the same issue:

  1. Take screenshots of the issue and send it to us.
  2. Please email us your Mobile device make and model, operating system version, name of app or device you have linked and your location.
