Please can you advise how I can change the profile from my name and email address and ID number to another?

You can change the details on the account the following way:

1. Use your phone to log into the account with the username.
2. Once logged in, go to your profile settings; it's the 3 horizontal stripes at the top left corner of the FitVault home screen.
3. Tap profile, and then change the name to the one you intend to use.
4. Then be sure to enter the correct ID number, and also select Multiply as your Health Provider.
5. Thereafter you are good to go. However you will not be able to change the email address to another one.
