1. Delete the app and reinstall it.
  2. Open the app and will see you can either sign in or sign up.
  3. Tap on sign in and under it there is the option of ‘forgot details’.
  4. Tap on that and enter your FitVault username/email and a reset email will be sent to you.
  5. Tap on that to update your password.

Be sure to use the reset link within 5 mins of starting the process else the reset token will expire; in which case you need to start the process again
