- Delete the app and reinstall it.
- Open the app and will see you can either sign in or sign up.
- Tap on sign in and under it there is the option of ‘forgot details’.
- Tap on that and enter your FitVault username/email and a reset email will be sent to you.
- Tap on that to update your password.
Be sure to use the reset link within 5 mins of starting the process else the reset token will expire; in which case you need to start the process again
