Steps to remove FitVault from your Fitbit account:

  1. Log into your Fitbit Account on your computer.
  2. Navigate to settings, top right hand corner.
  3. Down the list on the left hand side find applications. just below Manage Account Access.
  4. Tap on it, there is a list of apps authorised to interact with Fitbit, find FitVault and revoke access.
  5. Also check just above applications, it says Manage Account Access, tap on that too and if you see Fitvault also revoke access.
  6. Go through the linking process again on FitVault.
