Step 1 – Make sure the APP ID is registered on the Health Kit Platform.
Step 2 – The Phone’s operating system will need to be compatible to read data from the Huawei Health App.
- Huawei/Android Version - 11.0.0.512 or later (Huawei EMUI)
- iOS Version - 8.0.44.301or later
- Huawei Health Version - 11.0.0.517 or later
Step 3 – Check that all permissions have been granted under Data Syncing Management. Grant authorization for the phone to open data to Health Kit.
- Android user: Open Health, go to Me > Settings > Data sharing > Health Kit, and grant the authorization.
- iPhone user: Open Health, go to Me > Third party services > HUAWEI Health Kit, and touch LINK.
Step 4 - Open the Health app and go to Me > Settings. Touch Sync data manually to sync data to the cloud and then enable Auto-sync data.
Step 5 – have you agreed to the user agreement? Go to Me > Settings > Privacy settings > Huawei Health Notice, and touch AGREE.
