Please note the following steps to log in your gym visits at Virgin Active:
- Be inside the gym
- Find a Technogym exercising machine
- Scan the ‘mywellness’ QR code on any of the Technogym machines through the app
- Once you receive the 3 green tick marks your visit is confirmed
If your gym Technogym equipment in your Virgin Active gym is a little older and therefore does not have a ‘mywellness’ QR code, then please click login on the touch screen and a QR code should be visible for scanning. When you scan the code, the app will geo-reference your location to the gym, and then log it accordingly.
